Algorithms Versions and Knowledgebase Updates

ViroScoreTM Algorithm Updates

The ViroScoreTM Suite genotype interpretation algorithms are updated with the publishing of new algorithms by our partners. The table below lists the most current algorithm versions available in ViroScoreTM 2.9 and 3.0

TherapyEdge Knowledgebase Updates

The TherapyEdge decision support rules and algorithms are updated when the published treatment guidelines for each select region are published. TherapyEdge-HIV version 3.0 uses the 2004 treatment guidelines from South Africa and Botswana. Future updates to the US guidelines and the Nigerian guidelines will be published in a future version of TherapyEdge.
