Sales & Marketing Internship in Medical Diagnostics

Advanced Biological Laboratories (ABL –, is a Diagnostic and Medical Software company offering to infectious disease clinicians, virology and microbiology laboratories, optimal and efficient solutions (assays and software systems related to HIV, Tuberculosis, HCV, HBV, HPV, CMV, HPV, Flu…) for sequencing (DeepChek®) clinical genotyping, viral load (UltraGene™) and drug resistance analysis, including powerful fully integrated databases and analysis systems that combine standard and high-throughput Next Generation Sequencing data.


You will assist the Sales and Marketing Department in the following tasks:

  • Calls on prospective customers on a worldwide basis
  • Assist the commercial team with client orders (BtoB & BtoC)
  • Assist the commercial team in organising events (webinar…) or exhibition shows
  • Assist the commercial team in KPIs reporting
Marketing & Communication
  • Assist the commercial team with our back-office website + Customer service
  • Assist the commercial team with corporate website management
  • Managing the social profiles and presence of the company across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.),
  • Improving content of marketing material (brochures…)
  • Benchmark management (Research the market and relating products)
  • Assisting to create monthly marketing reports and newsletters

Skills you’ll have

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of the pack office (In design and Photoshop would be a plus)
  • Proactive, flexible, very organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Business & marketing focus
  • Ability to work in a team, to take initiative with very strong customer service
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems would be a plus

DURATION: 5 to 6 months internship
